Based on the shores of Lake Geneva and working alongside local orchardists, the pair of David and Lee ferment, mature, and bottle their fine table ciders by hand. The ciders which they produce provide great interest and are a fantastic alternative to white wines, in fact why not substitute wine for cider with your next fondue.
